BATU PAHAT, June 6 -– The Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Annual Congress, originally scheduled to take place from June 26 to 28, 2026, has been postponed to August 14 to 16, 2026. PKR Information Chief Datuk Fahmi Fadzil said the decision was made during the monthly meeting of the party’s Political Bureau and Central Leadership Council (MPP) held in Batu Pahat, Johor, on Saturday. He said the venue for the congress will remain unchanged at the Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC) in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. “The postponement is intended to provide PKR Johor and Negeri Sembilan with additional time to strengthen their preparedness ahead of the upcoming state elections,” he said in a statement. Fahmi also announced that the Political Bureau had appointed Senator Datuk Seri Panglima Saifuddin Nasution Ismail and Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa as PKR Vice Presidents. He said the appointments are aimed at further strengthening the party’s organisational structure and enhancing its operations at the national level. BATU PAHAT, June 6 -– The Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Annual Congress, originally scheduled to take place from June 26 to 28, 2026, has been postponed to August 14 to 16, 2026.

PKR Information Chief Datuk Fahmi Fadzil said the decision was made during the monthly meeting of the party’s Political Bureau and Central Leadership Council (MPP) held in Batu Pahat, Johor, on Saturday.
