KLUANG, July 10 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is set to join Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) Grand Finale campaign event for the Layang-Layang and Machap state constituencies as the Johor election campaign enters its final stage.
The event, themed “Grand Finale Johor Ke Depan”, will be held tonight at the Expo site beside McDonald’s Simpang Renggam, with Anwar expected to arrive at 8pm.
The campaign finale is scheduled to begin at 7.45pm and will feature the presence of PH supporters, party leaders and candidates as the coalition makes its final appeal to voters ahead of polling day.
The event will also feature special performances by local artistes including Ella, Santesh, Zubir and Ara Johari.
PH has called on supporters to attend the gathering and show their support for the coalition’s campaign, which highlights its vision for Johor’s continued development and progress.
The final campaign push comes as candidates across Johor make their last appeals to voters before they head to the polls to decide the state’s future direction.
