Ramanan Says He Has Given His Best to Sungai Buloh Constituents

SUNGAI BULOH: Sungai Buloh MP Datuk Seri R. Ramanan says he is comfortable with his position in the constituency, citing the support he has received from local residents.

Ramanan, who is also Human Resources Minister, said he had done his best in carrying out his responsibilities and would continue working to improve his performance to meet residents’ expectations.

“I believe I have done the best I can. I am still doing my best and will continue to do better whenever possible,” he told reporters at the MADANI Kita 2026 programme here on Saturday.

He said the encouraging turnout at community programmes, including approximately 1,000 participants at the event, reflected residents’ response to the initiatives being carried out.

“Based on what is happening here today and what I have observed, I feel this has been a comfortable journey, judging from the support I have received from the residents here,” he said.

Ramanan added that the programme was open to the public, without restrictions on participation or predetermined questions, allowing residents to share their views and raise concerns.

Among the issues highlighted was a local drainage problem that residents claimed had remained unresolved since 2015.

He said efforts would be made to identify the most appropriate solution and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
