MOSCOW: Russia has always been and will continue to be a reliable supplier of energy and food supplies to all Southeast Asian countries, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday, Sputnik/RIA Novosti reported . "Taking this opportunity, I would like to reiterate: Russia has been and remains a reliable supplier of energy and food to all Southeast Asian countries," Lavrov said in a video message on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and the Philippines.
