YB Gobind Singh Deo, Chief Secretary Discuss National Digitalisation Agenda

KUALA LUMPUR, MAY 20 -- Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo recently hosted Chief Secretary to the Government Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar during a visit to the Digital Ministry. Gobind said the meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange views and discuss matters related to the country’s digitalisation agenda and ongoing efforts to strengthen Malaysia’s digital transformation initiatives. According to him, the discussion also focused on enhancing cooperation and coordination in ensuring the successful implementation of digital policies and programmes aimed at benefiting the people and the nation. He described the engagement as important in supporting the Government’s aspiration to accelerate digital adoption, improve public service delivery and strengthen the country’s digital economy ecosystem.
