SEREMBAN, September 21 2026, Gemencheh assemblyman Suhaimizan Bizar and Serting assemblyman Mohd Fairuz Mohd Isa have confirmed receiving letters revoking their appointments as members of the Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council (Exco).
Suhaimizan said he received the notification yesterday but declined to comment further, while Mohd Fairuz also confirmed receiving the letter.
The Comptroller of the Royal Household of Istana Besar Seri Menanti, Datuk Azizi Mohamad Ali, said in a statement that the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, had revoked the appointments with immediate effect after the Exco members were found to have violated their oath of office.
The decision was made under Article XXXVIII(5) of the Laws of the Constitution of Negeri Sembilan 1959, which provides that Exco members, except the Menteri Besar, serve at the pleasure of the Yang di-Pertuan Besar.
