Yang di-Pertuan Agong Visits Royal Mausoleum in Commemoration of Sultan Iskandar’s Hari Hol

JOHOR BAHRU, July 21 – His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, today paid a visit to the Bukit Mahmoodiah Royal Mausoleum in Johor Bahru in conjunction with the Hari Hol of the late Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Ismail.

During the visit, His Majesty performed the traditional tribute of sprinkling rose water and laying flowers at the graves of his late father, Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj, and his late mother, Enche’ Besar Hajah Khalsom Binti Abdullah.

Sultan Ibrahim also visited the grave of his late son, Almarhum Tunku Abdul Jalil Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Laksamana Johor.

The Hari Hol ceremony is an annual remembrance held to honour the late Sultan Iskandar and pay respects to members of the Johor royal family who have passed away.
