SEREMBAN, July 24 — Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Temiang state seat, Leaw Kok Chan, has pledged to leverage his three decades of experience in public service and government administration to drive development and improve the well-being of residents in the constituency.
Leaw, who is contesting as candidate number two in the Negeri Sembilan state election, said his 30 years of experience in community service and public administration have equipped him with the knowledge and expertise to serve the people effectively.
Throughout his career, he has served as Senior Private Secretary to two Deputy Ministers of Education, a councillor at the Seremban Municipal Council, and as Special Officer to a Negeri Sembilan State Executive Councillor.
Leaw said he aims to use the experience gained from these roles to bring meaningful progress to Temiang while addressing the needs of different segments of the community.
Among his priorities are creating a brighter future for young people through development opportunities and initiatives, while ensuring that the welfare of senior citizens remains well protected.
He also called on voters in the Temiang constituency to support Barisan Nasional in the upcoming state election, urging them to cast their ballots for candidate number two.
The Negeri Sembilan state election campaign is currently underway, with candidates outlining their plans and commitments to win the support of voters ahead of polling day.
