KUALA LUMPUR: August 27 2026, A former minister is expected to be charged at the Sessions Court here tomorrow in connection with a case being investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
According to a press invitation issued by MACC today, the former minister will be charged at 9 am tomorrow.
It is understood that the former minister will face charges under Section 16 of the MACC Act 2009, which relates to the solicitation, receipt, giving, promising or offering of gratification.
