eCloudvalley and Amazon Web Services representatives sign a renewed strategic collaboration agreement.

eCloudvalley Renews AWS Partnership to Expand Enterprise AI Across Asia-Pacific

SINGAPORE, Oct 30 – eCloudvalley has renewed its strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), strengthening its plans to expand enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across Asia-Pacific.

The renewed multi-year agreement marks the second collaboration between the two companies. Their first agreement was signed in 2023.

Under the partnership, eCloudvalley will focus on four key areas: AI and machine learning, cloud migration, managed services and cybersecurity. The company also plans to shift towards a product-led business model, offering AI solutions that businesses can deploy and scale more easily.

New AI Platforms Support Business Transformation

eCloudvalley has introduced a suite of AI products designed to help businesses adopt and manage AI throughout their operations.

Its MAIAH platform brings together AI agents, enterprise knowledge management and AI-powered applications. These tools can help organisations use AI to support business decisions and daily workflows.

Meanwhile, its EAG platform focuses on AI governance. It helps organisations manage AI agents, models, data and access permissions while monitoring operational risks and costs.

The company has also developed NeoEdge Matrix and NeoEdge Central. These products support data collection, edge computing and on-site deployment in industrial and information technology environments.

Together, the platforms are designed to help businesses move from AI experiments to practical applications.

AWS to Support Product Development and Regional Growth

Through the renewed agreement, AWS will support eCloudvalley in technical development, solution building, proof-of-concept projects and market expansion.

This collaboration will help eCloudvalley adapt solutions developed in Taiwan for customers across Southeast Asia and Australia and New Zealand.

The company aims to turn its experience from thousands of cloud projects into standardised products that can be deployed across different businesses.

According to eCloudvalley CEO Linda Lin, the first agreement helped the company expand its regional presence and customer base. The next phase will focus on developing deeper expertise in AI and making proven solutions easier for customers to adopt.

Stronger Cloud Security and Managed Services

Beyond AI development, eCloudvalley plans to strengthen its cloud management and cybersecurity services.

Its Atlas 2.0 platform combines round-the-clock monitoring, managed DevSecOps services and cloud cost optimisation. DevSecOps integrates security practices into software development and IT operations.

The company also offers security and customer verification processes that can be integrated into AI workflows when needed.

These services aim to help businesses manage cloud environments more securely while controlling operating costs.

eCloudvalley was named the 2024 AWS Global Managed Services Provider Partner of the Year, according to the company’s announcement.

AI Solutions for Businesses Across Asia-Pacific

eCloudvalley and AWS plan to work with small and medium-sized businesses as well as larger organisations across several industries.

Their target sectors include financial services, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.

eCloudvalley Deputy CEO Jason Tam said the company aims to create greater value by developing its own technology platforms on top of AWS services.

AWS also highlighted the importance of helping businesses move beyond AI trials and put the technology into practical use.

Kirsten Gilbertson, AWS Head of ASEAN Partner Development, said the renewed collaboration would support customers across the region in addressing cloud and AI challenges.

With the agreement renewed, eCloudvalley plans to expand its product-led approach and help more organisations adopt AI, strengthen security and improve their cloud operations.
