PUTRAJAYA, July 21 – The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) has announced that its One-Stop Centre (OSC) Service Counter for Foreign Worker Management has been temporarily relocated effective July 20, 2026.
In a notice issued by the ministry, the service counter is now operating from the Department of Labour of Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) on Level 5, Setia Perkasa 3, Kompleks Setia Perkasa, Putrajaya.
The counter will operate from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily.
KESUMA said all counter services related to the management of foreign worker employment quotas must be conducted at the temporary location until further notice.
The ministry advised employers, industry stakeholders and members of the public requiring assistance with foreign worker quota applications to visit the new premises for over-the-counter services.
