oToBrite 3D stereo vision camera module designed for robotics and autonomous vehicles

oToBrite to Showcase 3D Vision Camera and Robotics AI Technology at ROBOTWORLD 2026

HSINCHU, Taiwan, Oct 28, 2026 — Technology company oToBrite will showcase its latest camera technology for robots and autonomous vehicles at ROBOTWORLD 2026 in South Korea.

The exhibition will run from November 4 to 7 at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX).

One of the main highlights is a compact 3D stereo vision camera developed with indie. The camera helps robots understand their surroundings by measuring distances and detecting depth.

It features two synchronised cameras with 3-megapixel global shutter technology. It also uses oToBrite’s oToVision software development kit to support accurate depth perception.

Camera Designed for Different Robots

The new camera comes in two versions, with 60mm and 120mm spacing between the cameras.

The 60mm version targets humanoid robots and robotic arms. Its compact design supports applications that require close-range visual awareness.

Meanwhile, the 120mm version can measure depth at distances of up to 20 metres. This makes it suitable for outdoor robots and unmanned vehicles.

The system also uses indie’s iND880 image signal processor. This helps synchronise image capture and maintain consistent image quality in changing outdoor conditions.

oToBrite and YUAN to Demonstrate AI Technology

oToBrite will also partner with YUAN to demonstrate a camera connection system for robotics.

The demonstration will connect an oToBrite GMSL2 camera to YUAN’s AI computing platform, which runs on NVIDIA Jetson Thor.

The system will connect GMSL2 camera technology with NVIDIA Holoscan Sensor Bridge (HSB). This setup supports high-speed image transfer and low-latency data streaming.

As a result, developers can explore ways to combine camera data and process visual information in real time. These capabilities are important for robots that need to respond quickly to their surroundings.

The demonstration will focus on potential uses in humanoid robots, four-legged robots and unmanned vehicles.

More Camera Products and Development Tools

In addition to the 3D camera, oToBrite will display several other products.

These include automotive-grade GMSL2 cameras with resolutions ranging from 1 megapixel to 8 megapixels. The company will also present NVIDIA Jetson development kits and a GMSL2 repeater.

The development kits help engineers connect cameras and capture images during product development.

Meanwhile, the repeater extends high-speed image transmission beyond 30 metres. It also offers low-latency performance and IP69K-rated protection for demanding outdoor environments.

Technology Showcase in South Korea

oToBrite said its latest products aim to support the growing use of robots and unmanned vehicles.

The company will display its camera and Vision AI technologies at ROBOTWORLD 2026 from November 4 to 7.

Visitors can find the company at Hall 5, Booth I30, at KINTEX in South Korea.
