Pakatan Harapan Appeals for Stronger Mandate to Continue Stable Negeri Sembilan Administration

SEREMBAN, July 19 – Pakatan Harapan has appealed to the people of Negeri Sembilan yesterday to grant the coalition a stronger mandate in the upcoming state election to ensure the continuation of what it describes as a clean, stable, and integrity-driven administration under Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Utama Aminuddin Harun.

In a message addressed to the people of the state, the coalition said it was seeking renewed public support with humility, stressing that a stronger mandate would enable the government to continue implementing policies focused on the welfare of the people and the long-term development of Negeri Sembilan.

PH highlighted that since taking over the state administration in 2018, numerous reforms and initiatives have been introduced to improve the well-being of the rakyat. However, the coalition acknowledged that many development agendas remain unfinished and require continued public backing to ensure their successful implementation.

According to the statement, sustained political stability is essential for ensuring that the benefits of development reach every community across Negeri Sembilan.

The coalition also urged voters to support all Pakatan Harapan candidates contesting in the state election, describing the election as an opportunity to preserve policy continuity, strengthen public welfare programmes, and build a better future for the state.

In addition to its political appeal, PH offered prayers for all its candidates, expressing hope that they would be granted strength, ease in carrying out their responsibilities, and success throughout the election campaign.

The message concluded with a quotation from Surah Al-Ma’idah (Verse 2), encouraging unity in promoting righteousness and piety while avoiding wrongdoing and hostility.

Negeri Sembilan voters will head to the polls in the state’s 16th election, where Pakatan Harapan is seeking to retain control of the state government under Aminuddin’s leadership.
