JOHOR BAHRU, July 7 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has extended his best wishes to all early voters who will cast their ballots in the Johor state election today, urging them to fulfil their democratic responsibility for the future of the state and the nation.
In a message ahead of the early voting process, Anwar encouraged eligible voters to come out and vote, describing the election as an important opportunity to determine Johor’s future direction.
“Happy voting to all Johor state election early voters tomorrow. Do your best for the country,” Anwar said.
The Prime Minister also appealed to voters to choose “a candidate of hope” and reaffirmed PH’s campaign message of moving Johor forward through stable governance, sustainable development and policies that prioritise the people’s welfare.
“Johor Forward. Vote for Hope,” he said.
Early voting for the Johor state election will be held tomorrow, involving eligible members of the security forces, election personnel and their spouses ahead of the official polling day.
