"Air defense systems are currently responding to the missile threat," the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) said via X. NCEMA urged residents to "remain in safe locations and follow official channels for the latest updates." The notice was issued a few hours after the exchange of fire between the United States (US) and Iranian forces in the Strait of Hormuz.
