MACAU, Oct 29 – Whisky Live & Fine Spirits Macau 2026 will return to Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on Nov 27 and 28, bringing together rare whiskies, cocktail experts, fine dining and live entertainment.

Organised by SJM Resorts in collaboration with Whisky Magazine, the two-day event will feature more than 500 whiskies and fine spirits from over 80 international brands. Visitors can also explore expert-led masterclasses, special food pairings and an expanded Asia Bar Show featuring 16 bars from across the region.

16 Asian Bars to Showcase Cocktail Skills

The Asia Bar Show will bring together bartenders from Macau, Hong Kong, Seoul, Beijing and Taipei. They will present creative cocktails and share ideas shaped by their local drinking cultures.

Rare Japanese Whisky Limited to 232 Bottles

One of the event’s highlights is the Ichiro’s Malt & Grain Single Cask Blended Whisky. Only 232 bottles will be available worldwide.

The whisky was matured in Chichibu and finished in an Imperial Stout cask. According to the organiser, its flavour profile includes dark chocolate, roasted coffee, caramel malt and vanilla, followed by a smoky finish.

The limited release is expected to attract whisky enthusiasts and collectors interested in rare bottlings.
