KUALA LUMPUR — The Capital Market Masterplan (CMP) 2026–2030 was launched at the Securities Commission Malaysia.
CMP 2026–2030 focuses on four key priorities: strengthening access to financing, supporting business growth, making sustainability a driver of value, and expanding economic participation so that the benefits of prosperity can be enjoyed by more Malaysians.
Nearly three years ago, in the same hall, the MADANI Economy Framework was launched, emphasising equity, sustainability and progress. This CMP represents an important step to ensure that the private sector and the capital market move in tandem with that vision.
In an increasingly challenging global environment, Malaysia must continue to strengthen governance while building a more competitive and investor-friendly business environment.
