PUTRAJAYA, June 26 — Minister of Human Resources Datuk Seri R. Ramanan yestersday presented the Outstanding Service Awards (APC) 2025 to 612 officers and staff of the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), recognising their dedication, commitment and exemplary performance in serving the nation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ramanan said the award was not merely a recognition of excellence but also a responsibility for recipients to continue setting a positive example for their colleagues.
He said every achievement by KESUMA is driven by the unwavering commitment of its workforce, many of whom make personal sacrifices to ensure that policies, programmes and services are delivered effectively to the people.
“Behind every policy implemented, every job opportunity created, every worker protected and every success achieved by KESUMA, there is a dedicated team working tirelessly without expecting recognition.
“Some work late into the night, while others sacrifice valuable time with their families to ensure that the trust placed in them by the people is fulfilled,” he said.
Ramanan also stressed the importance of embracing lifelong learning as workplaces continue to evolve with the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.
“In an era increasingly shaped by AI and digital transformation, we must continue to enhance our knowledge, upskill ourselves and embrace change while never compromising on integrity,” he said.
He congratulated all APC 2025 recipients, describing their achievements as the result of perseverance, determination and strong teamwork.
Ramanan also expressed his appreciation to all KESUMA personnel for their dedication and sacrifices in serving the ministry and the nation.
“Let us continue moving forward as one team to deliver the best possible service for the people and contribute to the country’s continued progress,” he added.
